AT&T Stadium Seat Numbers

Here are the details of the Dallas Cowboys’ stadium seating. When viewing the field from your seats, the seat numbers at AT&T Stadium are arranged from right to left.

This means that the right side of the section starts with seat 1 and continues to seats 20-30, depending on the section and row. This also means that seat number 1 at AT&T Stadium will always be on the aisle next to the adjacent section with the lower section number.

AT&T Stadium World Cup Seating Chart

AT&T Stadium doesn’t just host the Cowboys and major concert performers, but is also one of the 16 host sites for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Soccer fans who are looking for an Arlington, TX World Cup seating guide can apply much of the same seating advice from the rest of this blog.

Until seats are allocated, the official World Cup ticket category seating is applied to the seat map. Once seats are known, this seating map will update to reflect all sections.

AT&T Stadium Club Seating

This section of the Dallas Cowboys stadium seating chart discusses club seating. AT&T Stadium has three tiers of club seating: 100, 200, and 300. All club levels offer access to private entrances, premium club lounges, upscale food and beverage options, and broader, padded seats.

The 100-level club seats, AKA The Hall of Fame Club, are located along the sidelines in sections C106-C115 and C132-C139. These premium seats in Jerry’s World offer the best sight lines.

The 200-level club seats, AKA The Main Club, are on the sidelines. Unlike the Hall of Fame seats, these provide perfect views of the field and that massive video screen. Because of that, you can argue that these are the best seats for the Dallas Cowboys. These sections have between 12 and 14 rows.

The 300-level club seats, AKA The Mezzanine Club, are on the sidelines. These are the farthest club seats from the field, but the Main Club provides a great view of the massive video screens. The section itself is steeper than the other club sections and has 16 numbered rows of seating.

Best Seats at AT&T Stadium

AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, is one of the most elaborate sports venues ever built. Its retractable roof, massive end zone video boards, and enormous interior make it an attraction in itself. The stadium holds over 80,000 fans in its standard configuration and can be expanded to over 100,000. Understanding its seating levels is important because the building’s sheer scale can make some sections feel farther away than they appear on paper.

Best seats for sightlines: Lower level sections 101 through 152 circle the field. The most valuable sideline sections are 108 through 135, with the 50-yard line at sections 118 through 122. Rows 15 through 35 in those sections offer the best balance of elevation and proximity. Avoid the very front rows in the lower bowl, as the overhang from the club level can partially block your view of the video board, though the on-field sightlines remain strong.

Best seats for value: The upper-level sections in the 400s and 500s on the sidelines offer solid views at a stadium where lower-bowl prices are among the highest in the NFL. Sections 415 through 440 on the north sideline and 448 through 470 on the south sideline give you a complete overhead view of the field. The upper deck is steep, which helps.

Best seats for the full AT&T Stadium experience: Club-level sections in the 200s and 300s offer access to premium interior spaces, including restaurants and enclosed lounges. These sections are climate-controlled even when the roof is open and represent the best combination of comfort and sightline in the building.

Best seats near the famous video board: The end zone lower sections 101 through 105 and 148 through 152 sit directly beneath the massive video boards. The screens are so large that they are visible from nearly every seat in the building, but from the end zone sections, you are directly beneath them, which can make watching live play slightly awkward. Many fans love it for the visual spectacle regardless.

Best seats for away fans: Upper end zone sections are the traditional away fan territory at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys attract large home crowds, but the stadium is large enough that visiting fan groups can find comfortable pockets in the upper end zones.

Sections to avoid: Corner club-level sections in the 200s offer sharp viewing angles for the cost of those tickets. For the price of a corner club seat, you can often find a better-angled upper sideline seat with a more complete view of the field.

Partying at AT&T Stadium

AT&T Stadium Review

“Though tickets are expensive… it is certainly worth the splurge if you are a fan. Like everyone has said before, this is hands down one of the best stadiums EVER!!! I’ve been here for a few games now (I’m from California), and there’s more to see every time.

Everything is so clean, friendly, and super convenient, no matter what level you are sitting at (I’ve had cheap seats & 50 Yard line Primo Seats). I must admit, though, the screen is GINORMOUS and a bit of a distraction, because even with primo seats and a spectacular field view, I kept catching myself looking at the damn screen. I look forward to coming into town and watching my Cowboys play at this AMAZING Venue!”

ADA Seating at AT&T Stadium

For individuals who use a wheelchair and/or those accompanying someone who uses one to a game at AT&T Stadium, there is some important information you’ll want to know. If you’re seeking ADA seating within the Dallas Cowboys seating chart, you’ll find accessible rows at the top of most sections throughout the venue.

If necessary, folding chairs will be provided for guests, including those who wish to sit with a Cowboys fan in a wheelchair.
